The problem
Every new hire and every departure touches several departments, and knowing who still has something to do usually depends on email and memory.
What I built
- A two-form Power Automate flow covering both onboarding and departures
- Routing to every department that needs to act
- A SharePoint log of every request
- Departure tracking, so nothing is left open when someone leaves
First built for a public-sector organization, and the same pattern fits any company with people coming and going.
